		<description>I'm right there with you Steve, but before you make any changes, try to look at WHY some of the by-laws say what they say.  Get one of your more rhetorically gifted brothers to play devil's advocate and take the other side of each proposed change.  This exercise might reveal a great deal, and will certainly give all participants a greater sense of ownership in their Lodge.

		<description>Boy, us officers went through the bylaws over the last couple of weeks, and was that an eye-opener.  Some long term problems shouldn't really exist and this creates a new crop.  Wish us luck.</description>
